Print publications have a lot of moving parts that come together all at once to meet our in-home delivery deadline. As an advertiser, you are just one of many pieces that play an important part in making sure we meet those deadlines. Please understand that our deadlines are firm.

Existing advertisers must request updates to artwork by the 5th business day of the month. Reminders are sent on the 1st business day.

If you want to place a new ad in one of our publications for the upcoming issue, sooner is better than later. Space is limited.

Camera Ready Artwork Approval
Whether you handle your own design or we do, camera-ready artwork approval is due on the 12th business day of the month.
What it means
Business Day
A business day is Monday-Friday and is counted from the first day of the month that starts on one of those days. Saturday & Sunday are never counted as a business day. Federally recognized holidays are also not counted as a business day.
Ad reservation or insertion order
An ad reservation means that we have a signed agreement between the advertiser (or its agent) and the publisher. It also means that payment has been made or terms agreed to.
Camera-ready artwork
Camera-ready artwork is your ad at the correct size and saved at 300dpi in a CMYK color space.
